I support you through nourishment, emotional support, gentle hands-on care, restorative practices, and light tending of your home. Each visit is designed to create a space of warmth, softness, and support so that you can land fully in your body and your postpartum experience.

Each visit is a steady, supportive rhythm of care designed to nourish your body, home, and nervous system. In-home postpartum care includes:

  • nourishing, warm, restorative meals and broths to support deep healing

  • gentle, hands-on bodywork to support physical recovery and nervous system regulation

  • belly binding support and guidance for proper healing and organ repositioning

  • herbal foot soaks, steaming, and simple restorative rituals

  • light tending of the home (dishes, laundry, and resetting the space so you can rest)

  • attuned care for your baby so you can fully soften and rest

  • grounded emotional presence and steady support throughout the postpartum window

The following options are designed to meet you in your postpartum season while honoring the depth of care your body and nervous system require.

  • For mothers who desire deeper support in the early postpartum window, without committing to a longer container.

    Investment $900

    This 1-week postpartum care container offers consistent, hands-on tending during a time that is often under-supported and deeply tender.

    Includes:
    • 3 in-home visits (up to 4 hours each)
    • warm, nourishing meals or broths
    • grounding touch, bone holding, belly binds, herbal support
    • light home tending and support
    • gentle integration and space for the mother to land

    This is a beautiful entry point into being held during postpartum, and can also expand into longer-term care if desired.

  • This container is designed to support and honor the first 40 days postpartum, when you are most open, most vulnerable, and most in need of consistent, embodied care.

    All containers include:

    Prenatal Preparation Visit

    • A 4-hour in-home session in the weeks leading up to birth to support you in preparing your body, your home, and your environment for postpartum.

      During this time I support in organizing your kitchen and pantry for nourishment, supporting nesting, and ensure you have what you need to feel held and resourced in the early weeks after birth.

      This visit allows me to become familiar with your home and rhythms, so that when postpartum begins, care can feel seamless, intuitive, and deeply supportive.

    In-Home Postpartum Care Includes:

    • 4-hour in-home visits

    • Warm, nutrient-dense meal preparation

    • Evolving hands-on bodywork

    • Belly binds, foot soaks, warm oils, herbal support

    • Attuned care for your baby so you can fully rest

    • Light home tending (dishes, laundry, resetting the space)

    • Birth story processing

    • Emotional presence and grounded support

    • Ongoing nervous system and recovery support

    • Subtle sanctuary tending to create a soft, supportive environment (fresh flowers, candles, cozy elements)

      $4,200
      2 visits per week + Prenatal Preparation Visit
      A steady, supportive rhythm for mothers who have additional support in the home and are seeking consistent, grounding care throughout the postpartum window.

    • Held Mama (standard)
      $5,500
      3 visits per week + Prenatal Preparation Visit
      Full-spectrum postpartum care offering consistent nourishment, bodywork, and home support across the 6-week recovery period.

      This is the most common level of support.

    • Resourced Mama (deep)
